Assignment & Research Deadline Policy

Skyrapay Consultations CC provides assignment writing, research proposals, dissertation and thesis support, editing, and formatting for students in Namibia and beyond. Quality academic work needs adequate time for research, drafting, review, and revisions.

This policy sets the minimum time we require between confirming your project and your submission deadline. Requests that fall below these minimums cannot be accepted, even if a rush fee is offered.

By submitting a brief or making payment, you confirm that your deadline meets the requirements below. If your due date is too soon, we will politely decline or suggest rescheduling with your institution where possible.

Lead time is counted from the date we confirm your brief (after quotation or written acceptance) to your submission deadline.

Weekends and public holidays count as calendar days unless we agree otherwise in writing for a specific engagement.

The clock starts when we confirm scope — typically after you accept a quotation, pay a deposit, or receive written confirmation from our team — not when you first send an enquiry.

If your supervisor moves the deadline later, contact us immediately so we can adjust the project plan. Bringing a deadline forward may not always be possible once work has started.

This applies to all undergraduate programmes: certificates, diplomas, degrees, and honours-level coursework where the deliverable is an assignment, essay, report, case study, or short research task.

We do not accept work that is due within 3 days. You need at least 3 full calendar days between project confirmation and your submission deadline.

Examples we decline: due tonight, tomorrow, or within the next 48 hours. Examples we may accept: due in 4 days or more, subject to capacity and scope.

Undergraduate research projects (mini-theses, research reports, and similar) follow the same 3-day minimum unless your quotation specifies a longer timeline based on word count or complexity.

For masters-level research support — including research proposals, dissertation and thesis chapters, literature reviews, methodology sections, and full research documents — we require at least 5 full calendar days before the due date.

This 5-day minimum applies equally to proposal work and thesis or dissertation writing at masters level.

Complex chapters, primary data analysis, or full-document reviews may require more time than the minimum. We will state the agreed timeline on your quotation before work begins.

For PhD coursework assignments, short papers, discussion posts, and similar tasks, the due date must be more than 7 days from project confirmation.

We do not accept PhD assignments with a deadline within 7 days (including the 7th day). Plan at least 8 calendar days or more.

PhD-level work is held to higher scrutiny; where scope is large, we may require additional lead time beyond this minimum.

PhD research support is categorised by service type. Each category has its own minimum lead time:

Formatting (institutional templates, reference styles, table of contents, figure lists): minimum 5 full calendar days before submission.

Editing (language, structure, clarity, and revisions based on supervisor feedback): minimum 14 full calendar days before submission.

Writing (original drafting of proposals, chapters, or substantial new content): minimum 21 full calendar days before submission.

Full-thesis or multi-chapter projects often need several weeks or months. We will provide a milestone schedule in your quotation rather than relying on a single deadline.

When you contact us, include your academic level, module or chapter, word count or scope, institutional formatting requirements (APA, Harvard, etc.), and your exact submission deadline.

Share your rubric, brief, or supervisor guidelines where available. Incomplete briefs may delay confirmation and effectively reduce available working time.

We issue formal quotations and invoices through our business office. Work is scheduled only after scope and deadline are agreed.

We do not make exceptions to these minimum lead times for rush fees. If your deadline is too soon, we cannot start the work.

If you are unsure whether your timeline qualifies, contact us before paying. We will confirm in writing whether we can accept the project.

For ongoing PhD retainer or monthly support agreements, milestone deadlines are agreed in advance and form part of your service schedule.

Our support is designed to help you understand structure, research methods, and academic writing. You remain responsible for submitting work in line with your institution’s integrity policies.

We encourage you to review all drafts, discuss them with your supervisor, and use our output as a learning reference where your faculty allows.
